Understand changing prices, suspended markets and why a live score on your phone is not the accepted bet record.

01

Live pictures and live markets have different clocks

A stream can arrive after the action has already reached the betting system. A goal, point or review can therefore suspend a market before it appears on your screen. Do not assume a visible price remains available while a stream catches up.

Read the score, period and market label before submitting. A full-time total and a remaining-game total are different propositions. When the market wording is unclear, use the rule panel or avoid submitting until the scope is clear.

02

What happens between tapping and acceptance

A live submission can be delayed, repriced or rejected. The bet is not confirmed merely because a button was tapped. Check the resulting status and accepted odds before treating it as an active ticket.

If a price-change setting is offered, choose it deliberately. Automatically accepting changes can mean the eventual odds differ from the first displayed price. The accepted ticket should be your reference for both the price and the stake.

03

Suspensions, cash-out and connection loss

A suspended market is temporarily unavailable; it is not proof that an existing bet has been cancelled. Check the ticket history separately. The same distinction applies when the screen loses connection during an event.

Cash-out can disappear or change while the match is running. Do not rely on an expected cash-out as a guaranteed exit. If a request is submitted, check whether it was accepted and record the amount actually confirmed.

Resolve a disputed live ticket

Keep the ticket ID, submission time and exact market name. State whether the problem concerns acceptance, a price change, cash-out or settlement. Those are different events and may need different records.

Avoid repeatedly submitting another bet to test a loading error. First establish the status of the original request. A refreshed ticket history is more useful than several screenshots of an old price tile.

05

Build a timeline for a live-market question

Separate the moment you tapped a price, the moment a request was submitted, the acceptance result and the later settlement. A screenshot taken at one of those moments does not prove what happened at the others.

If the issue is a price change, keep the accepted ticket and any setting relevant to accepting revised odds. If the issue is a rejected request, there may be no accepted wager to settle. If it is a cash-out question, record whether the cash-out itself was confirmed.

Use the time and ticket reference from the account history as the starting point. A score graphic from a stream can explain why you expected something different, but the market wording and accepted record are still needed to assess the question.

06

Treat acceptance as a separate live event

A live market can change while a request is being processed. Read the submitted status, then look for the accepted ticket or rejection. Keep the exact accepted price rather than the price remembered from an earlier tile.

If automatic acceptance of changed odds is offered, read and choose that setting deliberately. It affects what you are asking the system to accept during a moving market. A setting chosen for one session should be reviewed when circumstances change.

If the connection drops, inspect account history after returning. An accepted ticket may exist even if the final confirmation was not displayed on the device. Establish that status before submitting another request for the same selection.

07

Ask a settlement question at the right stage

First decide whether the concern is acceptance, cash-out or the final result. For acceptance, use the request and ticket status. For cash-out, use the confirmation of the cash-out action. For settlement, use the accepted market and its rule.

Keep the account time and event details together. A stream’s displayed clock can help explain what you saw but may not match the market’s timing. Describe the sequence without treating those clocks as identical.

A short message that identifies the stage allows support to investigate the appropriate record. Add the ticket ID, exact market and the operator’s displayed result. Follow up in the same case when the missing reference becomes available.

Questions, answered

Does a delayed stream give an advantage?

A stream can lag behind the market. A visible event or price on the stream does not establish that a bet can still be accepted at that price.

What if my bet is shown as pending?

Check for final acceptance or rejection and keep the request reference. Do not assume it is active or submit duplicates.

Does a market suspension void an existing bet?

Not by itself. Check the ticket status and the rules that apply to the event.

What if the confirmation disappears during a connection loss?

Check account history for acceptance before submitting again, then retain the accepted ticket or rejection status.
