A free bet is a set of instructions
A free-bet label can describe a token, a stake refund or a reward issued after qualifying activity. Read which one the offer provides. The word free does not tell you whether a deposit, a qualifying loss or another action is required first.
Check the token value, expiry and eligible markets. If the reward is split into several tokens, each token may need to be used separately. Do not assume several small tokens can be combined into one larger stake.
Work out the possible return correctly
For a fictional K20 token placed at decimal odds of 2.50, a stake-not-returned rule would produce K30 if the bet wins: K20 multiplied by the 1.50 profit portion. If a different offer returns the stake, the calculation is different. This example explains the arithmetic and is not a current 22Bet promotion.
Read the settlement rules before confirming. The potential return shown on a standard cash bet may include the stake, while a promotional token may exclude it. Keeping the two balances separate avoids overestimating a reward.
Check the market and the clock
An offer can limit the sports, bet types or minimum odds that qualify. A live market may be excluded even when a pre-match market on the same fixture is allowed. Check the accepted price rather than the price first displayed on the fixture list.
An expiry may refer to using the token, completing the qualifying action or both. Note the time zone shown in the promotion. If a selection is void, read whether the token is reissued and whether the original expiry still applies.

Missing rewards and settlement questions
Collect the qualifying ticket ID, the campaign name and the date of settlement. A token promised after a settled bet cannot be assessed just from the time the bet was placed. Support needs the relevant event in the sequence.
Do not send the same query as several unrelated cases. Keep the first case number and add the missing information to that thread. The customer-care guide provides a concise message format.
A token checklist before confirmation
Read the token’s name and expiry, select an eligible market and check whether the token is actually selected as the stake source. A cash stake and a token stake on the same selection can produce different returns and balance entries.
Review what happens if the selection is postponed, abandoned or void. The terms may distinguish a refunded cash stake from a reissued token. Keep the ticket ID and the original token name so that a support question can connect the two.
Once settled, inspect where the return appears in the account. Do not assume that every positive return is immediately withdrawable if the promotion includes another condition. The withdrawal page explains how to read the available balance before requesting a payout.
Understand a stake refund promotion
Some campaigns use a free-bet token as a reward after qualifying activity. The qualifying cash ticket and the later token are separate records. Save both if the campaign requires settlement before issuing the reward.
Read which ticket types qualify and whether an early cash-out affects eligibility. Check whether a partially void accumulator is covered by the same rule as a fully settled losing selection. The relevant terms determine which event starts the reward process.
When the token appears, record its value and expiry independently of the original ticket. A token can have a shorter usage window or a different eligible market set. Following the records in that order makes it possible to trace a missing award without confusing the original stake with the later promotional balance.
Check the return after a token settles
Inspect the settled token ticket and the resulting balance entry together. Read whether the token stake is excluded from a winning return and whether the returned amount carries another campaign condition.
For example, a fictional K30 stake-not-returned token at 3.00 would return K60 of profit if it won. A normal cash stake at the same odds would have a K90 total return including the original K30. These figures explain why the stake source matters when comparing slips.
If the account entry differs from the expected calculation, send support the token name, ticket ID, accepted odds and relevant rule. Keep an arithmetic example separate from the actual campaign terms so the question is assessed against the correct offer.
Questions, answered
Is a free bet the same as withdrawable cash?
No. Check how the token is used, whether its stake is returned and whether resulting winnings carry further conditions.
What if my token expires?
Ask the operator about the specific promotion. This guide cannot extend a token or promise a replacement.
Are free bets guaranteed for every account?
No. Eligibility and availability depend on the current campaign and account.
What records connect a qualifying bet to a free bet?
Keep the qualifying ticket ID, campaign name and issued token record, including its value and expiry.
